This Vincodo Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) includes information about how we collect, use, and share Personal Information when you visit or use our websites and social media pages or view our emails (the “Site(s)”) or use the Site to communicate with us about our services. This Site is controlled by Vincodo, LLC, a HomeServe Company.

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Site. The terms “Vincodo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Vincodo, LLC and its affiliates. “You” and “your” refer to individuals who visit the Site

Information we collect through the Vincodo business-to-business solutions and services

We provide our business clients with numerous marketing and consulting solutions and services (“Business Services”). In the course of providing those Business Services, we collect client information, which may include Personal Information. Our relationship with each client is governed by a written contract that governs the collection, use, and sharing of the information we receive in the course of providing our Business Services to a client. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Business Services we provide.

Vincodo is a member of the HomeServe family of companies and will honor the consumer rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. References to HomeServe in the California rights section in the HomeServe Privacy Policy also include Vincodo.

We do not share personal information (as defined by California Civil Code §1798.83) with other people or non-affiliated businesses for their direct marketing purposes. Our websites do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.

Privacy Rights of Nevada Residents

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. However, if you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to submit a request directing us not to sell your Personal Information. To submit such a request, please contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.
